Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, with exception to UAE, Bangladesh*

*We’ve consistently had issues getting mail to these countries, we’re so sorry!

When do poems ship?

Postcards ship on the 20th of every month, should the 20th fall on a weekend, poems will ship the following business day.

Will I be charged automatically?

After the initial order, monthly subscribers will be charged on the 7th of every month, until you cancel.

I need to cancel my subscription or update my shipping/payment info!

No problem! Simply navigate to your customer portal. In your portal you can cancel or pause your subscription and update your shipping address and payment info.

I haven't received my poem!

Please let us know! We’ll confirm your address and ship you a new copy. Or, we’re happy to issue you a refund if you prefer.

If we're shipping outside of Canada postcards can take 2-5 weeks to arrive, if you haven’t received your poem within a month let us know and we will get a new copy on the way!

If poems are returned more than 2 times without subscriber contact, your membership will be cancelled.
